Re: Groups

Right, we miss merging groups option for now.
In the current version we improved the text for dropping the group, so you can use it.
Then edit the other group and add again the tables.

Re: LDAP Authentication

Using LDAP should be a setting for the JDBC driver. In the connection dialog / Advanced tab you have an option to enforce a custom URI. Please check the Teradata driver spec for parameters which should be used: https://developer.teradata.com/doc/connectivity/jdbc/reference/current/jdbcug_chapter_2.h...

Yes, look the Groovy scripting in DbSchema help / Sql Editor. Groovy is pure Java with closures. This has full access to all DbSchema objects.

Re: SqlServer2000_2005 - instead Cyrillic symbol, i get questions symbols

I think is a SqlServer character setting. I tried for example to insert a cyrillic text using sqlcmd from command prompt. Got the same issue: SqlServerCyrillic.png It may be also an JDBC driver setting, but is more possible to be a server setting. I tried also Cyrillic text with DbSchema and Postgre...

Re: Java error, I can't modify

Please try to reinstall DbSchema. Not sure why you got this, the groovy libraries should be in the lib folder in DbSchema installation path. Please check.

Re: Is it possible to build create sql script of multiple tables?

Hi Maj,
You can select the tables in the layout ( keep Ctrl pressed and click the headers ). Then go in the menu and choose Schema / Generate schema script. In the second dialog you will have a tree selection with this tables already marked.

Re: MongoDB / Mongoose Generator for DbSchema

Hi, Ups, really impressive the code you wrote ! I may try to test it, but before let me explain some features we have in DbSchema. If you have a MySql schema in DbSchema and you want to export it in another format, you may use Groovy scripts from the SQL editor. Groovy is pure Java plus few extensio...

Thank you for reporting this problem. If possible please try to contact us via the support form link or email. Is it possible to send us the project file ( if is not private ) ? We should test on the same table using the same steps as you did. Many issues are context -dependent and is hard to reprod...

Re: How to import Db Schema in EA(Enterprise Architect) to this.

DbSchema reverse engineer the schema from database and store in own project file.
If you create an empty schema you can create it in the database and access it there with one or the other tool.
No need for this tools to exchange information other than via database.
