I SOLVED IT.
I used a tool from AMD to delete all AMD Radeon Video drivers from my machine.
DBschema now runs. And I suspect this will be for any OPENGL driver set.
The native C code in the DLLs used by DBschema were generating an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION triggering an error @ C [atig6txx.dll+0x19adb], in that assembly.
Sheer "driver" madness... I had to remove all AMD radeon graphics drivers, that was the solution. It just started right up once the drivers were removed. Hell I am not even sure what Windows 10 Pro x64 is using now? I DO NOT CARE.
I want DBschema, not fancy gaming graphics. My video graphics card is a "Radeon™ HD 7700 Series Graphics Card" from AMD.
